Norsk Geologisk Forening inviterer til geomiljøets viktigste møteplass, 6-8. januar 2021, denne gangen som en digital konferanse.
Vinterkonferansen er en arena for alle disipliner innen geofaget, med et mål om å bidra til kunnskapsdeling, nettverksbygging, inspirasjon og faglig påfyll. Her vil du møte geovitere fra industrien, akademia og offentlig sektor.
Årets hovedtema er Geoscience in a changing world. 

Vi har 14 ulike sesjonstemaer og oppfordrer alle å sende inn abstrakt til hele feltet av geovitenskap, enten foredrag eller poster.  Frist til innsending av abstrakt er forlenget til 1. november.  Alle abstrakt sendes til ngf[at]geologi.no, og kan være på inntil 450 ord.
Når abstrakt sendes inn, så legg ved Speaker Form. Husk å krysse av for om det er ønsket som muntlig presentasjon eller som poster presentasjon, samt foretrukket sesjon.

Mer informasjon om praktisk gjennomføring av konferansen, påmelding og deltakeravgifter vil bli lagt ut i løpet av høsten.

The Geological Socety of Norway cordially invites you to join the most important forum for the Geosciences in Norway, January 6^th-8^th, 2021 this time as an online event.
The Winter Conference is an arena for all the geoscience disciplines, with a goal to facilitate knowledge sharing, networking, inspiration and learning. You will meet geoscientists from the industry, academia, and govermental agencies. 
Geoscience in a changing world is the main theme for the conference.

We have 14 sessions and themes but encourage any contribution to the entire field of the geosciences and the interface towards society. Abstract deadline are extended to November 1st. The abstract should be submitted to ngf[at]geologi.no, and can be up to 450 words.
When you submit your abstract, please attach a filled out Speaker Form. Please remember to mark if you want an oral presentaion or poster presentation, and preffered session.
You can find a template for the abstract further down, together with the Speaker Form after the overview of sessions. 

More information on the practical implementation of the conference, registration and participation fees will be published during the autumn.
